King Charles cancer significantly affects his emotions

King Charles III, who seems to be fit and sound while conducting his public-facing duties, is still undergoing treatment for his cancer.

The 75-year-old monarch’s latest outings have shown some major change in his personality and behaviour since he diagnosed with cancer.

Normally, the physical side effects of cancer can affect the emotions of the people who have been diagnosed with the disease. If the body doesn’t feel good, people don’t feel good mentally either.

However, the 75-year-old’s personality has shown positive changes as he looks cool, relaxed and in happy mood during his royal engagements.

During his rare appearance with Prince William in Middle Wallop this week, the looked “relaxed” and “openly emotional,” according to a body language expert.

William and Charles were all smiles and laughter during a father-and-son appearance as the met at an Army Aviation Centre for the King to officially hand over the role of Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps to heir to the throne.

Body language expert Judi James, speaking to GB News, said: “Charles’s illness seems to have unlocked something inside that means we are now treated to a more relaxed and openly emotional man and William’s body language signals here suggest he is delighted to be harvesting some of this late-in-life emotional epiphany from his father.”

She continued: “Charles’s face is now wreathed in smiles of authentic happiness and even gratitude at not just meeting people but also having some bonds of sharing and empathy with them too, now.”

The King, who was diagnosed with a form of cancer in February, has been given the all-clear by doctors to return to his duties.

King Charles III’s office on Friday made a delightful announcement about the King’s first overseas trip since his cancer diagnosis, confirming Charles and Camilla will head to France to mark the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings at the British Normandy Memorial in northern France on June 6.
