Britney Spears extols the virtues of Sam Asghari despite recent divorce.
Britney in her recently published memoir, The Woman in Me, which made its debut on bookstore shelves this Tuesday, pop icon Britney Spears shared her admiration for her estranged husband, Sam Asghari despite their separation following his divorce filing citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ back in July.
The singer described Asghari as ‘a gift from God.’ Spears expressed her appreciation for Asghari’s stability and highlighted his abstention from alcohol, noting, “I love that he doesn’t even drink.”
The pair initially crossed paths in October 2016 while filming the music video for her chart-topping song, Slumber Party.
In her memoir, the mother of two also revealed her immediate connection with Asghari, stating that she ‘knew’ she wanted him in her life from the very beginning.
She reminisces about the extraordinary chemistry shared with Sam Asghari during the early days of their relationship, describing it as nothing short of explosive: “The chemistry with us in the beginning was insane. We couldn’t keep our hands off each other.”
